The Website shall use the personal data for the following purposes:

Through data voluntarily provided in the forms that are input in the Operator’s systems.

  1. Data protection methods selected by the Operator

The places of logging in and entering personal data are protected in the transmission layer (SSL certificate). As a result, personal data entered on the website is encrypted on the user’s computer and can only be read on the target server.

Personal data stored in the database is encrypted in such a way that only the operator holding the key can read it. As a result, the data is protected in case the database is stolen from the server.

User passwords are stored in a hashed format. The hashed function is a one-way solution – it is impossible to reverse its operation, which nowadays has become a standard practice within the scope of user password storage.

The Operator shall change their administrative passwords on a periodic basis.

Regular safety backups are made in order to protect the Operator’s data.

As a crucial element of data protection, all software used by the Operator for personal data processing must be regularly updated, which particularly involves regular updates of programming components.

In certain situations, the Controller shall have the right to disclose your data to other recipients, if it is necessary to perform the agreement concluded with you or to carry out the duties imposed on the Controller. It shall refer to the following groups of recipients:

law firms and debt collectors

comment system operators

chat online solution operators

authorized employees and partners who use the data in order to ensure the operation of the website

companies providing marketing services for the Data Controller

The Data Controller shall process your personal data for a period not longer than it is necessary to carry out the actions regarding personal data provided for in separate regulations (e.g. on bookkeeping) In case of marketing data, the data shall not be processed longer than 3 years.

You shall have the right to request the Controller:

to gain access to the data about you,

to rectify the data,

to remove the data,

to restrict the processing of the data,

and to transfer the data.

You shall have the right to file an objection to the scope of the processing indicated in point 3.3 c) with regard to personal data processing for the purpose of performance of legally justified interests realized by the Controller, including profiling, whereby the right to file an objection shall not be exercised in case of important legally justified grounds for the processing, interests, rights and freedoms that override your rights, especially in the scope of determination, pursuit or protection of claims.

You can file a complaint regarding the Controller’s actions to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (address: ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).

Provision of personal data is voluntary but required for the operation of the Website.

You may be subject to actions involving automated decision-making, including profiling, for the provision of services as part of the concluded agreement and for purposes of the Controller’s direct marketing.

Personal data shall not be transferred to third countries pursuant to personal data regulations. It means that we do not send the data outside the territory of the European Union.

  1. Information on forms

The Website shall collect information voluntarily provided by the user, including personal data, if it is provided.

The Website may record information on the connection parameters (time designation, IP address).

In certain cases, the Website may store information facilitating the linking of data in the form with the e-mail address of the user who fills in the form. In such a situation, the user’s e-mail address appears inside the url address of the page with the form.

The data provided in the form is processed for the purpose of a specific form e.g., in order to handle a service request or commercial contact, registration of services, etc. Each time, the context and the description of the form will clearly indicate its intended purpose.

Information on the users’ behavior on the website may be subject to logging. Such data shall be used for the administration of the website.

  1. Important marketing methods

The Operator shall utilize a statistical analysis concerning the traffic on the website via Google Analytics (Google Inc. seated in the USA). The Operator shall not provide personal details to the operator of the said service, but only anonymized information. The service relies on the use of cookies on the end user device. Within the scope of information on user preferences collected by the Google advertising network, the user can browse and edit the information resulting from cookie files with the use of the following tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/

The Operator uses remarketing methods that allow for adjusting the advertising message to the user’s behavior on the website, which might give the impression that the user’s personal data is used to spy on the user; however, in practice, no personal data is transferred from the Operator to ad operators. The technological prerequisite for such actions is having cookies enabled.

The Operator uses a solution that automates the operation of the Website with regard to the users e.g., the Website may send an e-mail to the user after he or she visits a particular sub-page, provided that the user gave their consent to receive commercial correspondence from the Operator.
